1. Choose Catalog Type (optional)

You currently have all SanMar products available in your web catalog. If you would like to limit the products to match one of the SanMar print catalogs, choose the catalog below.

2. Automatically Update Product Listings?

CHECK THIS BOX TO ALLOW SANMAR TO AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE ALL PRODUCT LISTING.

If box is checked, new products will automatically appear on your website as they become available. If unchecked, the products will appear as options in your Products and Pricing Customization menu, but will not show up on your website until you activate them and save your changes.

Notify me by email when new products are added to my website.

3. Turn Subcategories On/Off (select one)

Turning off the subcategories will list all products directly under the main categories. For example, selecting T-shirts will list every T-shirt in your catalog on a single page. By keeping subcategories on, selecting T-shirts will direct you to a page with the subcategories: Pocket T, Long Sleeve T, 50/50 T, and 100% Cotton T. If you are offering a large number of products in your catalog, then it is recommended that you keep your subcategories on. If you are offering just a few select products, you probably should turn the subcategories off.

4. Activate Pricing (select one)

Pricing will be displayed coded on an 'A' or suggested retail pricing. Pricing will correspond to the priced version of our 2008 Sales Resource catalog. You can customize it further or add pricing to unpriced items by returning to the main menu and selecting Products and Pricing Customization menu, after you SAVE your changes at the bottom of this page.

5. Activate Show Item Availability (turn on/off)

 Check box to show item availability.

Sizes are listed into two groups namely (1) those with 50 or more stock on hand and (2) and those with 50 or less. Group (1) is labeled "In stock" while group (2) is labeled "Please call for availablity". For example:

S, M, L, 1XL, 2XL: In stock
3XL, 4XL: Please call for availability

PLEASE NOTE: On the product page, a color must be selected from the Available Color Swatch before inventory information will appear.

6. Upload Your Logo

If you have a web ready graphic, click the browse button below and locate the image on your computer. Logo must be a jpeg or gif, and must be in RGB or Indexed color mode, or Grayscale. If you are using the Classic, Rounded, Triangular, or Minimalist templates, the maximum logo dimension of 760x90 pixels will work best.

If you are using the Arches, Bubbles, Swoosh, or Shadow box templates, use these as the recommended logo dimensions in pixels. This is the maximum width, but the height is flexible. Logo must be a jpeg or gif, and must be in RGB, Indexed color mode, or Grayscale.

Arches: 450 wide by 100 high
Bubbles: 156 wide by 100 high
Swoosh: 500 wide by 100 high
Shadow Box: 430 wide by 100 high

The logo appears at the top of every page of your custom website.

Shown above is your image as it will appear on your customized page. If it does not look right, please edit the dimensions using a graphics editing tool or you can check this box to clear it. 

Note: if you change your image you will probably need to do a "shift-reload/refresh" to see the change right away.

7. Assign Web Address to Home Button

This must be in the form of http://www.yourhomepage.com

If you have a webpage of your own, enter your homepage address above to link it to the HOME button of your online catalog. If you do not have a webpage, leave the field blank, and the HOME button of your online catalog will return visitors to the first page of the catalog.

8. Enter a Welcome Message (one paragraph/4,000 character maximum)

The Welcome Message can contain any information you would like to relay to your customer. It appears towards the top of the first page of the online catalog. Examples of use: complete contact information, ordering instructions, special announcements. Note: for experienced users, this field does accept HTML. If you choose to use the custom homepage feature, the above welcome message field will not appear. (If the Bubbles layout is selected below, the Welcome Message text will appear at the top of every page of your online catalog.)

9. Enter a Title for the Title Bar (100 character maximum)

Welcome to our online catalog!

There is not a lot of room in the title bar of your internet browser. Most people enter their company name and telephone number into this field. Do not use special characters, quotes or HTML.

10. Activate Inquiry/Shopping Cart and E-mail Link

This is the e-mail address of your desired sales contact and recipient of the inquiry cart.

Current e-mail address: {fishnstk@yahoo.com}

Be sure to enter and confirm an e-mail address in the above fields to activate both the e-mail button and the inquiry cart function. The e-mail address entered above will receive all inquiries from your online catalog. More than one e-mail address can be entered in the above field, just separate the addresses by a comma, for example: sales@mail.com, info@info.com

To remove an e-mail address from a site, enter REMOVE in both boxes.

Before the e-mail functions of your web site are enabled, we must test that you have entered a valid e-mail address. An automatic e-mail will be sent which contains a link. Click this link and the e-mail functions of your site will be enabled.

12. Optional Charges

These are charges which will be applied to each order in addition to the customary shipping and tax charges which you can define in your PayPal account. For fixed dollar amounts use the format 25.00 (instead of $25) without the dollar sign. For percentages use the format 12 (instead of 12%) without the percentage sign. Do not use an "&" in the description. Optional charges maybe used for non-paypal sites as well.

13. Inquiry Cart Spam Filter Avoidance

If you find you are having trouble receiving inquiries sent from your custom website, the default setting could be triggering a spam alert on your mail server. (Most mail servers are not affected.) The solution is to select "Use webteam@sanmar.com" as the from address. The inquiry email will also include a reminder to you: "Do not reply to this message." This ONLY affects the e-mails that YOU receive from inquiry cart submissions.
